Robert Half Vending Specialist in Liverpool, New York

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Vending Specialist to join our team in Liverpool, New York. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting key business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial audits and analyze vending operations, including revenue, cash flow, and cost structures, to assess overall profitability.

• Serve as a key point of contact between the finance department and internal stakeholders, offering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Support month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

• Collaborate with teams across operations, sales, and IT to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, databases, and spreadsheets while maintaining a high level of precision.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support organizational goals.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Familiarity with accounting software systems and strong proficiency in data entry and analysis.

• Experience with financial services tools, such as ADP and CRM platforms.

• Knowledge of financial reporting tools, including Crystal Reports, and data mining techniques.

• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, including accrual accounting.

• Proven experience in auditing, budgeting processes, and capital management.

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
