This Enterprise Operations (EO) position at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in the Northeast region offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of IT operations, from upgrades and maintenance to hardware and software installations. As a key member of the RMS Northeast Region IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees. What you'll be doing:

•Partner with Infrastructure Performance & Digital Communications (IPDC) and Fully Optimized and Resilient Cloud Environment (FORCE) teams to provide touch labor support in servers/storage, HPC, network/telecom, Audio Visual, and desktop assets.

•Task break fix activities requiring touch labor per applicable service level agreements with Service Central.

•Provide executive employee IT support.

•Assist core services teams in vulnerability management activities that require touch labor.

•Configuration and deployment of network and server/storage/HPC equipment for new environments/requirements/refresh.

•Provide audio/visual services requiring onsite presence.

•Provide iLab support.

•Manage team’s backlog by prioritizing tasks via Service Central.

•Promote and facilitate cross-training among all disciplines.

•Service Central queue management and ticket assignment to greater team.

•Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical IT issues outside of regular business hours.

•Lead and manage IT projects related to network upgrades, security enhancements, and system deployments.

•Prepare and present project status reports and recommendations to management.

•Deploy end user assets for new employees and interns.

•Perform weekly hardware inventory assessments.

•Coordinate stock management and breached asset assessment across computer, print, server, telecom, and network hardware.

Who are you: You are a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT operations, maintenance, and support. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You are also comfortable with leading and managing IT projects, and have experience with IT service management tools such as Service Central. Basic Qualifications:

• Must have an Active Secret Government clearance

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows and iOS operating systems.

• Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).

• Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
