Warehouse Associate I – Light Industrial (Liverpool, NY)

A global leader in asset-light transportation solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join their team onsite in Liverpool, NY. Position Overview:

This is a full-time temporary position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Safety is a top priority: composite/steel toe safety shoes are required. The environment is high-paced and involves heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and matching purchase orders

  • Read customer orders and shipping documents to determine items for movement or distribution

  • Maintain a safe and accessible warehouse environment

  • Complete tasks adhering to safety policies

  • Assemble products and assist in inventory counts

  • Communicate with drivers to validate delivery statuses

  • Monitor pickups and deliveries ensuring timely arrival

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs

  • Dock/warehouse experience preferred

  • Basic computer and communication skills

  • Availability to work flexible hours based on freight volumes

  • Experience with handheld scanners and loading/unloading trailers

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
