Republic Wireless is building a customer experience team to ensure that the touchpoints across the customer’s journey are engaging, efficient and effective. Reporting to the Republic Wireless Customer Experience Manager, this Customer Experience Lead’s primary focus will be on the early stages of the customer journey. You will create purchase and onboarding experiences that will differentiate Republic from the competition. Responsibilities: Develop and drive execution of customer experience enhancements for early journey phases Identify, ingest, and action off key customer experience metrics to optimize experiences with a particular emphasis on moments that matter most to our customers Work closely with product, marketing and tech teams to test and implement new features and strategies for driving customer lifetime value Partner with and direct UX designer efforts while leading feature writing for digital experiences Serve as day-to-day business contact for IT on relevant projects as a member of agile scrum teams Liaise with and influence stakeholders to improve coordination and champion the Voice of the Customer as Republic Wireless accelerates in the marketplace Participate in business projects and initiatives that are impactful to the customer experience Ideal candidates will have: 4+ years of experience in customer experience and/or product marketing Proficiency in agile methodologies and feature writing Solid understanding of emerging trends in customer experience and technology Desired high proficiency soft skills and experience Collaboration and influencing skills Project management Customer first mindset Desired high proficiency hard skills and experience Digital acumen Magento and Adobe Experience Manager Social media stacks Collaborative design tools (Miro, Lucidspark, InVision, etc.) PM tools (Rally, Jira, Wrike, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in business or BS in related technical field, MBA a plus Past wireless experience is a plus Compensation: $64,800.00/Year - $101,700.00/Year From versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.
