Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic creative operations team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing projects by ensuring that creativity is grounded in business knowledge, and design expertise and you are invested in our brands. You will lead the management of creative deliverables and timelines for e-commerce, email/SMS, and social media (paid + organic), as well as supporting local & national Retailers marketing needs. Your ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, will be essential to the organization's overall strategy. You are a strong communicator who operates with an owner’s mindset and has the passion and enthusiasm to rally a team around you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interactions between requesters, key stakeholders, and creative teams

  • Manage and track planning, design, approval, and production processes for your projects

  • Build timelines and proactively manage expectations when changes occur along the way

  • Help teams collaborate to work toward a shared goal

  • Act as a mediator for your team, resolving issues and conflicts, and initiating tough conversations with kindness and respect

  • Look for ways to improve the process, the work, and the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree and 2-3 years experience

  • Experience working in the Wireless industry

  • Experience managing projects from start to finish

  • Experience using Hive is a huge plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable building out timelines and addressing potential blockers early on

  • Active listener with exceptional communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Enthusiastic and positive about solving problems, seeing every challenge as an adventure

  • Exhibit an ability to build relationships with all personality types

  • Thrive in high-stress situations when the pressure is on and handle constant interruptions with grace

  • Ability to navigate uncharted waters and keep the ship moving forward

  • Knows when to ask for help

  • Familiar with Adobe products, Figma, & creative deliverables types

  • Advocate for process improvement enterprise-wide

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
