Robert Half Office Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow in our office located in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting functions and office management systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, organizing, and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Oversee accounting tasks such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools like ADP, Concur, and About Time to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client and business data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with dental software platforms like Dentrix to manage office-related dental functions.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures, promoting a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Support staff and leadership in various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Familiarity with accounting software systems such as ADP, Concur, and About Time.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and Dentrix dental software is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for handling inbound calls and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
