Lionbridge Technologies Instructional Designer in Little Rock, Arkansas
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with expertise in systems design to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on the analysis, design, development, and assessment/evaluation of training and micro-learning deliverables. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and enhancing technical training content, leveraging e-learning, gamification, and blended learning strategies.
What You Will Do:
Develop Comprehensive Training Materials: Create objectives, outlines, course slides, graphics, interactive exercises, workbooks, animations, and instructor guides/delivery plans. Manage content using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Articulate, or other eLearning applications to align with software features.
Implement Systems Design Methodologies: Utilize systems design methodologies to develop effective and engaging training solutions.
Integrate Advanced Learning Techniques: Incorporate e-learning, gamification, and blended learning techniques to reduce instructor-led training time and enhance learner outcomes.
Assess and Evaluate: Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, recommending improvements for ongoing enhancement.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in instructional design, particularly in technical training.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with instructional development and delivery technologies such as Adobe Articulate, learning management systems like Docebo, SABA Cloud, and Canvas, and content architecture systems.
Systems Design Skills: Strong capabilities in systems design, including analysis, design, development, and assessment/evaluation.
Learning Strategies: Experience with gamification and blended learning strategies.
Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
