Aerotek Customer Service Associate in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas

Description:

The Customer Service Associate will be the first person to greet people as they come through the door. So they are the face of the client They will have to be friendly and be able to have conversations with customers, and office visitors. They will be expected to answer calls and direct them to the correct person. They need to be friendly but also professional with everyone. They will be filing and printing paperwork and will be working with Outlook, word and internal company emails. They will be expected to process UPS packages as well as maintain and order office supplies. Lastly, they will need to understand that they will be asked to do office work for different departments... this would include filing papers, reorganizing folders/binders, and any other office tasks.
