Immediate Opening for a Claims Admin Support Spec Int to work onsite in Little Rock, AR 72211
The duties of the Claims Admin Support Spec Int include:
The Claims Admin Support Spec Int will work on site Monday – Friday 8A-5P Central Time
The Claims Admin Support Spec Int duties will include:
Mail out large volume of drafts from for 3 states- AL/AR/KY.
Customer Facing positions working directly with customers
Face to Face interaction with customers
Assist in completing total loss paperwork for in-person customers.
Liaison between customer and Progressive filer
Total loss paperwork titles
Give checks to customer in payment
Draft letters would be sent out to the customer's residence
Send Fed Ex and intake
Scan total loss paperwork into files
Print documents for mailing.
Generate a certified tracking number.
Record the certified tracking number in the appropriate file.
Top must-have skills / Candidate Requirements for Claims Admin Support Spec Int:
Familiar how to use Outlook Teams and Word very little will be used
Interpersonal communication skills need someone who can be empathetic and sincere as the filers coming into the office have had a total loss car house etc.

Education requirements and Experience for Claims Admin Support Spec Int:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
