Robert Half Call Center Specialist in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative with a strong aptitude for technology and exceptional computer skills to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support via phone, email, and chat. Your ability to navigate computer systems efficiently, multitask, and communicate effectively will be critical in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.

Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving steps.

Utilize computer systems to access and update customer accounts, process orders, and track inquiries.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with speed and accuracy.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and promotions.

Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
