What you’ll do
Lead the EMEA OptiRun Service Billing team ensuring smooth execution of daily activities
In partnership with Regional Service Managers and the Field Service teams, ensure that all aspects of Service management are correctly structured, appropriately measured and continually improved.
Responsible for the setting of and monitoring of the appropriate KPI including but not limited to : Case & WO creation & closure, Customer responsiveness, Service revenue execution.
Direct line responsibility for the positive leadership, development and growth of a diverse team of dedicated Installation Co-ordinators
Responsible for maintaining a close operating relationship with the wider OPtiRun / Customer Care / Order management organisation
Lead and cultivate a culture of integrity, transparency, diversity and inclusion.
Ensure appropriate Specialist coverage across EMEA and highlight contingencies
Ensure Service Max and related IT skills are maintained
Through the application of DBS techniques drive a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
In conjunction with the Account Manager, Service Sales team and the Regional Service Managers support the Revenue and Profit objectives of the business.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures
Ensure continual adherence to the company's QMS
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent study in Business / People / Process Mnagement. Alternatively several years of customer service experience and team leadership/coach experience of diverse results oriented teams
Exemplary people management & leadership skills as well as coaching & team building skills
Demonstrable remote leadership skills
Fluent in English paired up with passion and ability to work in a multi-culture working environment, additional language is a plus
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
Open-minded and able to work in a horizontal matrix organization
Strong negotiation skills
Strong influencing and persuading skills, ability to inspire and motivate others
