KITCHEN TUNE UP Sales - Kitchen Consultant in Little Canada, Minnesota

Kitchen Consultant Position Kitchen Tune Up St. Paul has a new an exciting opportunity for someone who loves sharing their passion for home update ideas with others and is looking for a position with unlimited earning potential and work flexibility. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Work directly with potential clients in discovering the best update solution for their design needs and budget. Convert the conversations into a scheduled in-store or in-home appointments. 2. Create solutions for clients by selecting products in styles and colors that they can imagine in their homes. Present the options to clients either in their homes or at our selection center. 3. Use our in-house CRM tool (Service Minder) to manage client information, build quotes and stay connected with the rest of the team. 4. Grow your earning potential in by getting clients excited about their project and committed to moving forward with the project. (closing the sale - a minimum of 30% is expected) 3. Keep client communication open during the life of the project - from beginning to completion ensuring the client is satisfied with the work performed, including final client thank you and payment upon project completion. 4. Assist franchise owner in tracking leads to assess advertising, public relations and sales force effectiveness. Offer suggestion for new marketing channels. 5. Attend local spring and fall home shows, community events and fairs to generate leads. 5. Represent your clients with Project Manager and installers to ensure successful project completing by communicating details of the project to the team. 6. Meet with franchise owner to discuss sales goals, strategies, lead generation ideas and programs, employee development progress, and all other issues directed toward creating a successful employee/ employer relationship. 7. Make this job fun and conduct one s self in a manner which allows your customers and fellow employees to also have fun. 8. Perform all other related tasks and duties contributing to the successful performance of a KTU salesperson. 9. Offer suggestions to improve sales process, promotional sales tools, advertising avenues and overall direction of the business. This position will begin with an hourly paid training period and transition to full commission by the end of 90 days or before.
