Aston Carter Supply Chain Administrator in Linden, New Jersey

Job Type: Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Linden, NJ

Compensation: $26/hr+

A leading organization is looking to have a supply chain administrator join their team. This administrator will be responsible for preparing, processing purchase orders and invoices in SAP. Along with identifying and resolving any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have SAP knowledge and 3+ years of invoicing experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, process and maintain purchase orders

  • Delivery notes and invoicing in SAP

  • Create, review and process invoices in SAP

  • Ensure alignment with POs and delivery receipts

  • Identify discrepancies

  • Execute goods receipt in SAP using MIGO in timely manner for all materials

  • Assist in issuing and tracking POs from creation to invoicing

  • Monthly inventory reconciliation to verify stock levels, identify variances and resolve discrepancies.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of supply chain experience

  • 3+ years of invoicing and purchase order experience

  • Working knowledge of SAP

  • Strong Excel skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
