Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker to join our team. This role requires individuals to manage materials for Manifold Assembly, ensure accurate and timely packing and shipping, and follow detailed instructions to maintain the quality of outgoing shipments. This position offers both AM and PM shifts with potential for overtime, including Saturdays.
Shift & Pay:
1st and 2nd Shift - 17/HR - 19/HR
Responsibilities
Receive valves from assembly accurately.
Collect all material for Manifold Assembly.
Assemble boxes.
Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of material being packed and shipped to customers.
Coordinate shipping documents.
Ensure products are properly packed and organized per instructions for safe delivery.
Label shipments using marking tools.
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
Examine and inspect shipments to verify packing specifications are met.
Prep orders for Packers.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills
1+ year of material handling experience.
Ability to lift 35-50 lbs. repetitively.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate in English.
Attention to detail.
Ability to operate material handling machinery.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.
Ability to take initiative.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with RF scanners.
Past warehouse experience.
Comfortable working overtime.
Experience with computers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
