The Role

This role will be responsible for defining the strategy and leading the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition technologies and analytics strategies to enhance our recruitment processes and improve overall hiring outcomes. This role will own the leadership and strategy for TA Technology, TA Analytics, Recruiter Enablement and Assessments and Selection criteria for our organization. It is imperative for this role to be tightly tied to our TA recruiters, our business leaders and our People Strategists to best understand the needs of our business.

The Main Responsibilities

Technology Implementation & Management:

  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of talent acquisition technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other recruitment software.

  • Develop strategies and project plans for your team to execute relating to tech rollouts, update support and process improvement impacting our TA function and keep up with trends.

  • Responsible for leading the Assessment and Selection function of Talent Acquisition, owning our strategy, implementation and assessment of solutions.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage a team who is responsible for tracking talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to TA Managers team, DIR Talent Operations to inform strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

  • Foster a culture Teamwork, Trust, Transparency, Clarity, Courage, Growth Mindset and Allyship within your team and living to our value.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.

  • Conduct assessments of recruiter capability and time studies to simplify processes, add automation and enhance recruiter efficiency

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology and analytics.

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing talent acquisition technologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of DEI best practices in assessment and selection.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$94,420 - $125,890 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$99,390 - $132,510 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
