This is your chance to work with a fabulous team that deploys Oracle HCM Cloud Talent applications internally and enables HR and Organizational Talent Development (OTD) partners to build talent life cycle practices with internal lines of business to drive global adoption of our HCM tools and processes. What you’ll do
This role works with other global talent process owners, partners, and enablers to drive the understanding, value, and adoption of our TM technologies and practices at Oracle. The ideal candidate will have experience with and a passion for applying technology to deliver better talent strategy and outcomes across talent management practices. You will work simultaneously to understand talent management needs and goals and determine how best to leverage emerging technology to meet those needs and goals while also managing the deployment of new application features, modules, and quarterly HCM Cloud updates.
As a Talent Management global process owner, you will:
Be a Super User of our TM technologies and enable our Organizational Development Consultants (ODC) and HRBP community on the use and benefits of our TM technologies
Participate in testing for HCM TM quarterly releases and other system change events and rollouts to ensure readiness for employee, manager, HR, and ODC audiences
Develop, implement, and administer methods to evaluate, measure, and improve TM technologies and practices, along with presenting statistical analysis and recommending solutions where needed
Collaborate regularly with our Digital Information Strategy & Experience team, ODCs, GPOs, HR Technology, OAL, and HR Communications teams, promoting the value-add of talent management success to HRBP, ODCs, and the overall organization through communications and partner initiatives that encourage a culture focused on employee and organizational success
Own responsibility for driving increased adoption of our TM technologies, demonstrating the benefits of participation and engagement around TM technology practices
Identify and advocate for HCM product/configuration enhancements to benefit the user experience and/or better meet business needs and requirements
Design and review philosophy and guidance related to how we use our TM technologies

Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of Talent Management practice and technology expertise
Have a passion for the application of technology and the way it can help people and organizations thrive
Previous program leadership or inclusion around talent management technology deployment
Data analysis, project and strategic initiative management and communication/relationship building skills
Collaborative skills for working with HR and technology partners to increase the successful impact of talent management across the enterprise that includes diverse lines of business
Ability to quickly adapt to change and leverage life in the Cloud delivery of new HCM features and functionality to address business requirements
Expertise to clarify seemingly complex messages for employee, manager and HR audiences related to the purpose, value and participation in talent processes
Experience partnering to deliver impactful communications to all audiences in a timely manner to increase their awareness, understanding and engagement
Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with partners to understand and deliver solutions for process gaps or improvement needs to align with changes in business objectives
Experience using coaching skills effectively to inspire, support and guide partners and individual system users to leverage the available resources to their maximum benefit
Capability to present and deliver talent management guidance and solutions to counter inconsistent perceptions or expectations around the Oracle HCM Talent system or process features

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
