Position Summary Details
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for an Industrial Building Operator in Lincoln, AL.
Essential Functions
Starts, stops, and operates Facilities industrial equipment.
Takes readings and balances equipment throughout plant by monitoring computerized control system and walk downs of equipment.
Monitors plant conditions and controls temperature and humidity levels throughout plants.
Responsibilities
Facilities Management System, chillers, boilers, air compressors, AHUs, HVAC equipment, exhaust fans, chemical treatment systems, piping and fluid systems, pumps, valves, lighting systems, and other facilities equipment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to work independently.
