A Safety Consultant is needed for a utility holding company in the Limon, CO area. This position entails providing safety consulting services, conducting audits and interventions, collaborating on policy development, and administering public safety programs, primarily focusing on workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

responsibilities:
Recognize, monitor, and make recommendations to correct workplace safety hazards.
Conduct on-site audits, consulting, ergonomic assessments, and interventions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
Collaborate on safety policy development.
Participate in safety training initiatives.
Primarily serve a specific plant(s) or area(s).
May be requested to assist other departments within the business area.
Experience: Open to candidates with 0 to 20 years of experience.
