Edwards Lifesciences Document Control Coordinator in Limerick Plant, Ireland

Provides clerical/administrative in support of change control activities.

Please note this is a Hybrid role, 3 days onsite in our Castletroy plant

How Will You Make An Impact?

  • Review of documents under change process

  • Prepare and upload electronic documentation for Enterprise Change Requests

  • Update systems when approvals are received & verify correct implementation of the change

  • Create Enterprise Change Requests (ECR) in the system under direction of management

  • Participate in special projects, complete assigned tasks and deliverables

  • Other incidental duties

What You Will Need?

  • 2 year’s relevant work experience required

  • Leaving certificate or equivalent

What Else We Look For?

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Working knowledge Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems Windchill and Ignite

  • Good computer skills including MS Office Suite

  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to problem-solve

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group

  • Ability to build stable working relationships internally

  • General knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and medical device regulations as it relates to records and documentation

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
