Job Duties and Responsibilities This position is an excellent opportunity to obtain invaluable experience and poise yourself for future growth and development. In this position, the HR Generalist Associate will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to provide Human Resources support in the areas of employee relations, payroll, attendance, leave of absences, safety, benefits administration, and other Human Resources administration. There will be exposure to the highest levels in the organization with an opportunity for future growth and advancement. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years HR related experience Natural ability to build strong working relationships with organizational leaders Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to management directives Must have strong problem solving skills, and creativity Good judgment and use of common sense and tact are extremely important Strong computer skills required, including experience with SAP and ADP payroll processing Must be ethically sound and able to hold information in the strictest of confidence Experience in a union environment is preferred, but not required Unsolicited Resumes from Third-Party Recruiters Please note that as per Dana policy, we do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters unless such recruiters were engaged to provide candidates for a specified opening.
