Closet Factory Closet Factory Shop Worker in Lexington, South Carolina
Shop Worker Now hiring a full time shop worker for Closet Factory. Applicants will be joining a team of people who are responsible for maintaining production and productivity of our custom products. We are looking for someone who is a team player with great communication and someone who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Achieve and maintain key performance targets * Reduce rework and insure efficient production flow * Report any missing/damaged materials that will not allow parts to be ready per scheduled completion date * Insure all parts are ready by scheduled completion date * Insure all job carts are well identified with client name/number displayed for Installation Team * Make sure all shop equipment is maintained * keep shop clean and well organized Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Pass criminal background check * Valid SC drivers license (some points OK, DUI/DWI not acceptable) * Must have reliable transportation. * be able to lift up to 50 lbs Job Benefits: * Full-time * All tools provided * Company Benefits for Full-Time Employee* Health and life insurance * Vision and dental available * 401K after 1 year of service with company match * Paid Vacation after 1 year with company * Monthly Bonus' awarded Only looking to hire full time employees, not interested in part time or sub-contractors.
