Shift schedule/hours:

  • A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm
  • B: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 7:00pm-7:00am
  • C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm
  • D: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday 7:00pm-7:00am

Compensation:

  • Wages starting at $18.00. Wages dependent on experience.
  • Night shift differential: $2.50

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:   You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to:

  • To feed the machine an adequate amount of scrap at all times.
  • To check quality of the pellets being made.
  • Monitoring the heat profiles on the Erema as well as the proper size of the pellet cut and adjusting when needed. Also needs to recognize when there is too much water inside the pellets, etc.
  • To notify supervisors of any factors that may impact the quality of the product they are running
  • To maintain a clean, safe work area. Free of loose scrap, water, resin, plastic shavings, etc.
  • Basic computer skills to enter in the serial numbers of all gaylords or rolls that are being fed into the machine.
  • Responsible for daily activities such as housekeeping, maintaining, and organizing a safe work environment, and any other paperwork.
  • Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards
