Fresenius Medical Care North America Senior Business Process Manager - SAP Basis in Lexington, Massachusetts
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Interfaces with business leaders and end-users from corporate departments and business areas to scope, design, implement and manage the project to deliver solutions to the business. Understanding of solutions design and implementation, including requirements definition, data acquisition processes, data modeling, process automation, escalation procedures, construction and deployment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement and optimize SAP configurations to maximize availability and performance.
Design and configure SAP to integrate with third-party software solutions and vendors.
Provide technical support on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements.
Implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design, and implementation
Design and configure SAP to integrate with third-party software solutions and vendors.
Ensure SAP systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment.
Manage SAP related technical problems, quickly identifying, addressing, and resolving issues.
Work on System refreshes for Java Systems and client copies for ABAP systems.
Collaborate and interface with various stake holders including Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Testing
Participate in various IT/SAP related projects and provide technical guidance and best practices.
Evaluate and apply SAP security patches on regular basis and perform system audits.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
12+ years SAP Basis experience ideally working in complex enterprise hybrid environments. Minimum 3 implementation, migration, and upgrade project experience.
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
Broad technical skills across various Databases and Operating Systems
Experience with the HANA database, SDI, HCP and any other additional technologies will be beneficial.
Provide technical support on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements.
Experience with SAP System build, Support Pack Upgrade and Kernel Upgrade to patch system and SAP Change Management cycle maintenance
Experience with PO, middleware, integration, and web technologies for SAP solutions.
Experience with AWS, Azure Cloud solutions for SAP Ariba, Concur, SAC, IBP, BTP, Cloud connector (installation, configuration, migration, testing, support).
Experience with Single sign on implementation using X.509,SAML2.0 authentication using Secure Login Server and Okta.
Experience with Integrating SAP, Non-SAP Application for On-premises, Cloud and Hybrid platform.
Experience with managing OpenText Archive server and SAP archiving configuration, design, and implementation
10-30% travel required.
