Job Summary | The University of Kentucky Libraries is seeking a Head of Software Development and Integration to join the Digital Strategies and Technology unit. This leadership position is pivotal in supporting the development and enhancement of applications and services that facilitate the discovery and access to the University’s digital collections. The Head of Software Development and Integration will lead the transition to updated technical infrastructure and development practices, ensuring alignment with current best practices. This role involves supervising a team of three developers, collaborating on developing and supporting tools and applications, and working with Libraries and IT colleagues to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities. The position ensures the organization’s technical environment remains effective, scalable, and consistent with evolving industry standards. |
