Are you looking to kickstart your career in tax accounting with a team that values your growth and work-life balance? Our small, close-knit firm is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Tax Accountant to join us! You'll work directly with experienced CPAs, gain hands-on experience, and build strong relationships with clients — not just push paper.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA license or active CPA candidate (preferred, but not required)
3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning for businesses and individuals
Comfortable using UltraTax, QuickBooks®, and Microsoft Office
Experience working in a paperless environment (we're all digital!)
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects with a positive attitude
A knack for problem-solving and a solid foundation in math
What You'll Do:
Prepare individual and business income tax returns
Assist with tax planning and projections for a variety of clients
Work closely with team members and clients, gaining real-world experience beyond just compliance
Help shape better processes as we grow and improve together
