Our growing company has immediate openings for two Automotive Technicians. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all these qualifications or the ability to complete all these job responsibilities, given they have some training and a strong work ethic. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications (preferred)
- Possess Inspection License (Preferred)
- Possess PA Driver's License
- ASE certified (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers or users to assess problems.
- Inspect vehicles to determine overall condition.
- Record information about parts, materials, or repair procedures.
- Operate transportation equipment to demonstrate function or malfunction.
- Troubleshoot equipment or systems operation problems.
- Test mechanical systems and electronic computer components to ensure proper functioning.
- Repair non-engine components.
- Repair worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
- Repair defective engines or engine components.
- Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine cooling, and electrical systems.
- Communicate with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
- Read work orders or descriptions of problems to determine repairs or modifications needed.
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
