Androscoggin offers a unique opportunity to RNs with recent hospice experience to join us for a minimum 13-week contract, 36- 40 hours/week, 3-5 days/week during Spring/Summer months in Maine. We are seeking our own “travelers” who would like to see Maine and would like to experience the most gratifying form of nursing there is.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: T o maintain the client with need of skilled nursing in his/her own home and to maximize his/her functions through the use of nursing interventions. Providing Nursing Services under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.

EDUCATION: Graduate of professional school of nursing with state and regional accreditation required; NLN accreditation required; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.

EXPERIENCE: One year of recent clinical nursing experience required. Recent home healthcare nursing experience required.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Current R.N. license in the State of Maine or transferable license from compact state. Current CPR Certification.
