Acute Rehab Registered Nurse

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Acute Rehab unit.
Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans based on the patients' needs and goals.
Monitor and document patients' physical and psychological status, progress, and response to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Provide patient and family education on disease management, medication administration, and self-care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehab nursing.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing principles and practices.
