PROMAN Staffing is accepting resume's for a Raw Material Quality Auditor/Inspector, located in Lewisport, KY.Hours - This is a rotating shift which is 4 days on and 4 days off, working 7a - 7p and 7p - 7a, which will include weekends and holidays.Duties & AccountabilitiesConduct quality audits to support Improved Scrap Segregation & Scrap UtilizationOperating efficiently & effectively to conduct daily detailed scrap/quality audits throughout the Mill Areas using hand-held spectrometer deviceConduct detailed investigation/follow-up on off-analysis events/quality issues and provide feedback.Communicate with Mill Area Supervisors and Technical Advisors to support increased Scrap Segregation and scrap consumption.Create and maintain quality audit documentation/tracking tools, prepare analysis of results vs established targets and goals for improvementCommunicate quality audit results vs. established targets & goals to support Scrap Segregation improvementsCreate and maintain quality audit tracking tools to support/supply closed loop feedback to each area of mill (including but not limited to, North Casting,South Casting, CALP, Cold Mill, Finishing (Bare & Painted), Hot Line, etc.Develop working knowledge of alloy chemistries and alloy grouping listingQualifications & RequirementsStrong analytical & mathematical skills.Ability to understand & utilize Excel, word, power point, etc. at a high level.Flexibility and ability to work on multiple project assignments, work overtime hours if necessary.Strong organizational, administration, presentation, project management, and communication skills.Must have a high school diploma or GEDMust be able to walk and stand for long periods.*Must be able to work in a non temperature controlled environment.Resume's are required along with a clean background and must be able to pass a drug screen.Why PROMAN Staffing? Friendly, Knowledgeable StaffDirect Deposit ProgramsMedical, Dental, Vision Benefit ProgramsShort-Term Disability & Life Insurance ProgramsReferral BonusWeekly PayApply online: www.promanstaffing.com Feel free to also visit us in person: 101 W 9th St., Owensboro, KY 42303PROMAN Staffing's goal is to create a great talent experience to ensure successful employment for our employees to reach their full potential.
