Job Title: Trade Compliance Manager (m/w/d) EU & India
Summary:Als Trade Compliance Manager (m/w/d) stehst Du im Zentrum unserer globalen Handelsaktivitäten. Du sicherst die Einhaltung internationaler Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsbereich, förderst die Prozessoptimierung durch Automatisierung und unterstützt unser Team in Indien. Deine Expertise trägt direkt zur Einhaltung der globalen Trade Compliance-Strategien bei, während Du an spannenden Projekten mitarbeitest und für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesetze sorgst.
Responsibilities Include:
Du übernimmst die Führung in operativen Exportkontrolltätigkeiten, einschließlich der Klassifizierung von Produkten und der Organisation von Exportprozessen.
Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Behörden und stellst die Einhaltung von Embargo- und Sanktionslisten sicher.
Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt ebenfalls die Beratung interner Teams und Partner bezüglich der Umsetzung von Zollvorschriften und das Managen der Zollverfahren und -bewilligungen.
Du sorgst für die Einhaltung des Unionszollkodex (UZK) und managst den AEO-Status von Momentive.
Weiter optimierst du Kosten durch strategische Nutzung zollbefreiender Verfahren und Präferenzhandelsprogramme.
Du führst interne Schulungen durch, um das Verständnis für Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsthemen zu verbessern.
Du unterstützt globale Projekte zur Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen.
Außerdem leitest du Projekte zur Erzielung von Verbesserungen auf regionaler und globaler Ebene.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Bachelor-Abschluss mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Trade Compliance Management.
Umfassendes Wissen in Exportkontrolle, Zolltarifierungen und relevanten EU- und deutschen Vorschriften.
Erfahrung mit speziellen Zollgenehmigungsverfahren und der Beantragung von Bewilligungen beim BAFA (elan-k2 Portal)
Versiert im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP, und MS Office, vor allem Excel.
Analytische Denkweise mit einem starken Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Folgende Anforderungen sind für die Rolle bevorzugt:
Kenntnisse im Bereich der Automatisierung von Import/Export relevanten Prozessen und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von einschlägigen Software Lösungen, wie z.B. SAP GTS.
Erfahrung im Bereich chemischer Produkte, sowie in einem technologiegetriebenen Arbeitsumfeld.
