The Banquet Captain will be responsible for executing events sold by our Miraval Sales team from set-up to break down. This includes sourcing needed materials, completing room sets, managing banquet servers, bartenders, house people, and communicating any guest needs to the Sales Team.

Qualifications:
Ability to complete room sets a must (furniture resets)
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift a heavy amount of weight
5 years’ previous experience in events/banquets preferred
Previous leadership experience
Strong organizational skills
Focus on hospitality and guest interaction that is in line with Miraval standards
