Production Coordinator (Starting Pay $19.00/HR)
Resume required for this position .
Purpose & Scope: Assist in all areas of purchasing and production planning for the plant facility.
Principle Responsibilities:
Create shift production schedules for all product produced at the Lenoir facility
Manage raw material and finished goods inventories to maintain order fill rates and minimize aged inventories
Work hand in hand with plant production leaders to coordinate optimum product mix
Meet KPIs for Order Fill, Make Sheet Accuracy, etc…
Maintain data within Scheduling System that drives constraints, capacities, and accurate forecasts
Process orders, create purchase orders, enter purchasing and planning data
Working Conditions: General office environment, some exposure to manufacturing environment with extreme temperatures, slippery floors, etc.
Requirements
Above average Microsoft Excel Skills
In depth knowledge of production and inventory control processes
Superb organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented and strong multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills, must communicate with all departments in the plant and frequently with vendors.
