Kiewit Supply Network group specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building; and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service focused on ensuring equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price. We strive to offer an appropriate level of quality and ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule and in compliance with the client’s specifications and expectations.
This position is based out of our Lenexa, KS office.
Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
Miscellaneous data entry and support in:
Track missing documents and send weekly reminders.
Complete contract quality check reviews using established checklists.
Review bonds using established checklists.
Coordinate legacy contract closeouts initiated by Kiewit Business Services (KBS).
Compile monthly reports and metrics for contracts group.
Maintain Active Project List (APL) and personnel assignments.
Upload and maintain contract attributes in working file library.
Compile and track contract redlines for weekly legal review call.
Set up meeting rooms, arranging food deliveries, setting up workspace for new hires.
Sort and file records.
Prepare project files for archive.
Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
Organizes vendor, project and training luncheons.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel experience, Type 75 words per minute.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
