Children's Hospital Association Marketing Operations Project Manager in Lenexa, Kansas

Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive marketing professional who thrives in facilitating the smooth and efficient flow of marketing campaigns and projects. This pivotal role will serve as the central point of contact for project initiation, ensuring the right team members are connected from the outset. Responsible for maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time and on-deadline delivery. Plays a key part in analyzing and refining our current workflows to optimize collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate project completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all new marketing campaigns and projects, initiating project kickoffs.
Facilitate project kickoff meetings, clearly defining project scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and working to mitigate them.
Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are on schedule, communicating updates and potential delays to relevant teams.
Monitor project workloads and resource allocation, escalating potential capacity issues as needed.
Ensure the right team members are connected from the beginning of each project.
Act as a central hub for communication, ensuring information flows effectively between various marketing team members, creative teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
Clearly communicate project timelines, progress, and potential issues to all relevant parties. Work with vendors on assigned projects as assigned, to ensure projects are completed on time.
Foster a collaborative environment by ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current marketing workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
Document current marketing workflows and processes.
Implement refined workflows and processes to enhance team collaboration and speed up project delivery.
Maintain organized project documentation and communication logs.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or related field of study.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, traffic management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and build relationships across teams. Strong understanding of the different stages of the creative process.
Familiarity with marketing and creative development processes.
Experience with marketing or creative project management tools such as: Basecamp, Wrike, Monday.com.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Strong personal computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Live Meeting applications.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing workflows is a plus.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min:?$80,000 Max: $160,000?Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.?
