Description
This is a 12-months (fixed-term) contract.

Dann werden Sie als Personal-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Teil unseres Teams im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig und unterstützen Sie unsere Mitarbeitenden in allen Standorten deutschlandweit.
Hauptaufgabe unseres Teams ist es, alle administrativen, personalspezifischen Prozesse exakt, pünktlich und professionell umzusetzen. Dabei ist es immer unser Ziel, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden durch eine genaue Zeiterfassung, den reibungslosen Ablauf der Gehaltsabrechnung, sowie anderen administrativen Prozessen im Personalbereich eine ausgezeichnete Kundenerfahrung machen.
Notwendige Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel und Word
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 Niveau)
Erwünschte Qualifikationen
Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
Spaß an der Bewältigung großer Datenmengen und administrativer Arbeit
Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch unter Termindruck
Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Professionalität in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kunden
Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeit, um die größtmögliche Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
erste Erfahrungen mit Zeiterfassungssystemen und/oder mit anderen HR-Systemen

The main task of our team is to implement all administrative, personnel-specific processes precisely, punctually and professionally. Our goal is always to ensure that our employees have an excellent customer experience through accurate time recording, smooth payroll processing, and other administrative processes in the human resources department.
Key job responsibilities
Pflege und Überprüfung von Daten in unseren Zeiterfassungssystemen, wie bspw. Abwesenheitsgründe
Eingabe, Überprüfung und Pflege aller personenbezogenen und abrechnungsrelevanten Daten in unseren Personalinformationssystemen
Vorbereitung und termingenaue Bereitstellung von Daten zur Weiterbearbeitung durch die Personalbetreuungsteams der Standorte
Erstellung, Nachhalten und Kontrolle von Auswertungen und Statistiken
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Services Abteilungen
Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Mitarbeitern, Führungskräften, HR Abteilungen
Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten zur stetigen Verbesserung vorhandener Prozesse bzw. einzelner Prozessschritte
Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs
Processing, checking and maintaining all personal and billing-related data in our human resources information systems
Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams
Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher level of education
Very good proficiency in written and verbal in German (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR)
Preferred Qualifications
First professional experience in the commercial sector
Enjoy managing large amounts of data and administrative work
Careful, reliable and independent way of working, even under deadline pressure
High customer orientation and communication skills
Willingness to work flexibly to ensure the greatest possible customer satisfaction
(Ideally) you have already worked with time recording systems and/or other HR systems
