Utah State Job Bank Technical Support Engineer (multiple openings) in LEHI, Utah

Provide technical and product services for Adobe. Duties include: provide technical support to customers, engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex computer systems, complex software, or networked systems; report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering; participate in customer installation and training; and provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.     May allow for partial telecommuting. 

Requirements:  Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a Technical Support Engineer-related occupation.     OR employer will accept 5 years of work experience in job offered or in a Technical Support Engineer-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.     Position requires 36 months minimum of experience in the following:     1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API Workflows, and Python;   2. Database architecture and SQL;   3. ETL and Data Transformation;   4. Enterprise/SaaS solutions; and   5. Cloud Technology.
