What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Post Treatment Advisor to join our team. This individual will close deals and commit to the practice of maintaining great smiles.

What Will You Do:

  • Primary focus is selling the Byte Protection Plan to patients after treatment to ensure they maintain a confident, straight smile long term.

  • Responsible for taking inbound leads and making outbound outreach.

  • Contacts patients after treatment

  • Selling add on products

  • Ensure the customer comes first in every scenario

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are:

  • High School or GED diploma required

  • 1-2 years of sales experience and/or account management required

  • Health care experience preferred

  • Understanding the concept of taking and closing inbound leads is critical to be a top performer in this role.

  • Master at overcoming objections in order to close the sale.

  • Prior utilization of Five9 and Salesforce preferred

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to putting the team first.

  • Solution-oriented, success-driven, approachable, and compassionate.

  • Attention to details and tactical, consistent execution while being confident to see the big picture.
