  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound telemarketing efforts.
  • Successfully implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales tactics.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions to improve their digital experience.
  • Strictly adhere to sales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to prospective clients.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze lead development metrics to optimize performance. What you need to succeed

  • Equivalent experience of 2+ years in sales or lead development will be considered in lieu of a Degree.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective coordination and meticulousness.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for collaboration and inclusion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63,000 -- $100,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
