Saint Luke's Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator in Lees Summit, Missouri
Job Description
Coordinates clinical activities for the Saint Luke's pharmacy departments to support standardized clinical pharmacy services and medication use processes. Collaborates with BJC health-system drug policy and sourcing teams, as well as medical, nursing, pharmacy, and healthcare team members. Key job functions include managing the implementation of formulary changes, supporting formulary maintenance, staff education and competency development, and serving as a clinical pharmacy leader for system committees and medical staff.
