The Team Leader in the Service department for the commercial organization in the Netherlands is a unique opportunity!
You will be responsible for providing strong leadership within the service helpdesk and planning organization, as well as developing a culture of exceeding customer expectations, outstanding customer service, thus accelerating the growth of printer placements and service revenues.
The successful candidate will be a natural people leader, able to drive high-performance for our customers. You will deliver continuous improvement in our processes and bring the performance of the Field service team on a high level. Your focus is to achieve results quickly, strengthen the team and deliver profitability.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Manage people and performance of helpdesk and dispatch team
Handle cases and coordinate solutions for critical issues with customers and sales as well as manage projects
Sustain Standard work in our data systems and field performance
Create safe working environment for the field team and work to build the best team
Support initiatives for service growth like “Lead program”
We are looking for a professional who is:
Proactive and tactical problem solver who first understands customers and associate needs and is then keen to coach to a solution and test new insights.
Able to drive and run projects guided and supported by the Service Manager Netherlands
Team Player – intentionally makes connections with both colleagues and external customers
Leader who creates commitment and trust through strong work ethic and customer focus
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret needs of the team for improving performance of the individuals and the team
Experience in Field Service organizations
Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
Willingness to travel within the Netherlands (occasionally)
