Quality Engineer needed for a client just north of Cincinnati. Looking for someone who is hands on and can work with customers and quality issues. Salary for this role will be based on experience.

responsibilities:
Coordinating new product launches and repurposing of existing equipment on assigned machine lines
Overseeing design changes in tooling, fixtures and gages
Leading Kaizen and other improvement activities
Influencing Quality & Production to realize cost reductions through greater efficiencies
Managing line efficiencies with a focus on safety and ergonomics
Working with outside vendors to ensure smooth project integration with minimal impact to current production
