Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist / Accounts Payable Supervisor in the healthcare industry, specifically located in Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States. As an Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist / Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be expected to oversee the entire accounts payable operation within our organization. Your focus will be on managing accounting functions, processing data, and utilizing various accounting software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the entire accounts payable operation
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data processing
• Oversee the processing of accounts payable, including expense reporting, and check processing
• Ensure accurate use of ERP solutions for efficient financial management
• Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting functions and accounts payable procedures
• Leverage your skills in PeopleSoft for efficient data management and reporting
• Ensure all accounting functions align with industry regulations and standards
• Train and mentor staff in accounts payable procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts payable processes.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Ability to handle Data Processing tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in Check Processing
• Knowledge in Expense Reporting
• Experience with PeopleSoft software
