Festool USA Director, North American Sales Operations in Lebanon, Indiana

[**[Director, North American Sales Operations (Lebanon, IN) - Full Time [[Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of products and services to customers. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Serves as liaison to the executive team for information and reporting purposes. Responsible for Festool Key Account support and growth through process efficiency in sales operations via system automation. Responsible for Festool Dealer Portal (FDP) and future initiatives as it relates to Salesforce development. Serves as the secondary point of contact for Nexmart and engages in discussions relating to vendor performance and improvement (doc2EDI, etc.). Conducts weekly meetings with Sales Operations Manager to facilitate discussions and action plans for continuous improvement. Serves as a mentor to the CER in terms of individual growth and knowledge development. CRM (Salesforce) Key User and Trainer. SAP SD Process Owner. Partners with Human Resources to develop strategies for the recruitment, compensation, and staffing of roles within the organization. Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP SD, and CRM systems.
