Robert Half Billing Coordinator in Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity located in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. The role involves a Billing Coordinator who will play a central role in managing customer billing processes, maintaining relationships across departments, and meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer billing processes using industry-specific techniques

• Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships across various divisions

• Adhere to strict deadlines and manage tasks effectively

• Utilize strong Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite and other proprietary software for accounting functions

• Monitor and verify fees for trades through the Options Clearing Corporation as part of the billing process

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process credit applications accurately

• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Adapt to the use of various accounting software systems and EHR SYSTEM

• Efficiently manage tasks related to the 'About Time' and 'Epic Software'

• Handle customer inquiries and answering inbound calls effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for efficient task execution.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required to streamline financial processes.

• Experience with Computerized Billing is critical for maintaining accurate records.

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM is necessary for managing electronic health records.

• Proficiency in Epic Software is important for managing various tasks.

• Knowledge of About Time Software is required for effective time tracking and management.

• Mastery of various Accounting Functions is crucial for maintaining financial health.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing financial obligations.

• Skills in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) are essential for managing incoming payments.

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is vital for effective communication and customer service.
