Position Title: Associate

Job Summary: As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll have the ability to shape the stores success and contribute to our companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Sales and Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
