Schedule: 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m./2 p.m.- 10:30 p.m./10:00 p.m.- 6:30 a.m. Rotating days off
Schedule subject to change with the needs of the 11D
Salary Range:
$32,000.00 annual minimum salary
10,240.00 32% TDL
$42,240.00 (Actual salary to be determined by MSPB)
Shift differential is paid at: 15%for 10:00 p.m.- 6:30 a.m. and 10%for 2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m.
Position Description:
The individual in this position will ensure that provided nursing care complies with Board of Nursing rules and regulations, and the 11D Program policy through evaluating and assessing each person(s) illness/injuries and documents appropriately. Ensure that doctor's orders are carried out appropriately. Maintain effective communication with each person(s), family and members of the health care staff. Administer prescribed medication and treatment. Perform urine drug screens. Accompany persons we serve to doctor appointments. Computer skills required. Other duties shall be carried out as assigned by the supervisor.
Education: Typically requires a Certificate from an Approved School of Nursing, Licensure as an LPN and 0-4 years experience.
