Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What you'll be doing?
Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Learn the ERP system used by the company to process orders, enter invoices, and run multiple reports.
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
- Attention to detail to be able to provide written/verbal communication to customers.
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Responsible for receiving sales orders and coordinating the shipment of products
Monitor inventory and respond to sales inquiries
Requirements and Experience
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Inventory Management / Inventory Tracking experience
- MUST have high attention for detail
- Drug Screen
- Criminal Background Check
