Holiday Inn Express Night Audit in Latham, New York
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Latham has an immediate opening for a full-time Front Desk Night Auditor!As the Night Auditor, you are responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Perform guest services functions as required (i.e. check guests in/out, take reservations, we-up calls, guest requests, etc.)Audit and reconcile PMS reportsAudit and reconcile all Front Desk and Gift Shop paperworkAudit, reconcile, and transmit all credit cards dailyEnsure accuracy of all numbers being reportedEnsure overall guest satisfactionPrepare and email reports to corporate office dailyPerforms any other duties as requested by your supervisor/managerMaintains and promotes a positive and cooperative work relationship with all hotel departments.Requirements:Prior guest service or related experience in the hotel industry is a must.Opera and IHG brand experience are highly preferred, but not required!Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability and reliable transportation.* WE ARE AN EOE & PARTICIPATE IN E-VERIFY *
Minimum Salary: 16.00 Maximum Salary: 20.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
