Robert Half Senior Treasury Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Treasury Manager in the entertainment and hospitality industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role will involve developing and overseeing a corporate Treasury function, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash operations, including cash flow forecasting and optimization.

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and managing banking arrangements.

• Identify and manage financial risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.

• Oversee treasury operations, ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of cash transactions.

• Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management, providing analysis and recommendations on liquidity, financial risk, and investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, providing insights into cash flow and financing requirements.

• Develop and support improvements to treasury policies, procedures, and controls.

• Manage the company's debt portfolio, including debt compliance, covenant monitoring & reporting, and refinancing activities.

• Support special projects and M& A activities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and financial software.

• Extensive knowledge in accounting functions, accounts payable (AP), annual budget, budget processes, and capital management. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of seven years

• Proficient with Accounting Software Systems and Financial software

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to manage Annual Budget and Budget Processes

• Knowledgeable in Capital Management

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage.
