They will need to possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a team in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Summary:

The Quality Manager will oversee and enhance the quality management ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications in the aerospace and medical device sectors. This role involves leading quality assurance initiatives, developing quality policies and procedures, and managing the quality team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO13485 and other relevant industry standards.

· Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to enhance performance and ensure effective quality control processes.

· Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and resolve quality-related issues.

· Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.

· Coordinate with customers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and complaints.

· Prepare and present quality reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

· Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training, workshops, and quality initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical device or aerospace industry.

· Strong knowledge of ISO13485 and other relevant regulatory requirements.

· Experience with quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Preferred Qualifications:

· Quality Manager certification (e.g., ASQ CQM, CQE).

· Experience with MRP systems and data analysis software.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
